when I went out looking for another car every dealer,salesman told me the same thing ,there is nothing to touch the Motability scheme absolutely nothing you might save a couple of pounds butwhen all is said and done the scheme generally wins out,
as for the car choice just choose which one you like best forgetting too much else as there are not really any bad cars anymore, in my own personal experience over the years VW have done a fantastic advertising campaign of making people believe that there cares are better which really is not the case anymore.the most problematic car I ever owned was a golf
