Absolutely first class Rox thanks, looks like i will look at the R-Line diesel. I dont need, or ever had, AWD. Unfortunately my nearest VW is smallish si i will have a look at the nearest larger salesroom so i can compare everything in one go.

No prob it was one car i was looking at of not many actually.. so had the info at hand but i decided on the honda 1.5 sport. just  this time i’d rather drive a car again than an suv and i do find the seats very comfortable in the honda but it has everything else i really require. suvs are great till it’s windy on the motorway and i do a lot of that driving as well.

Its a tough decsion so worth abit of travelling if needed but most importantly… it’s gotta meet your needs With the tig I ideally want the sel seats coz i have problems that getting worse and hard seats are not good for me any more.. The seats in my golf after 30 mins the pain starts and i don’t think i could own a match again for 3 years.

I’m not rich 1k is like a family holiday or no family hol this upcoming summer for my kids and for some like me it’s a trade off, my other 3 cars on the scheme the most ap i’ve paid is £750 and used to get £250 gcb back. This time to get what i need / want, I need to double that ap as also got to put on a private plate or i’ll lose it.. but i’ll get £600 hopefully gcb back and getting £200 off from honda helps, sometimes we gotta play the game. at £1399 ap I happy, I may grow to h8 the cvt but look a dsg has issues as well…but it didn’t bother me on the test drive (60 mph roads as well), like i thought it would and no auto car is perfect or they’d all be the same and drive the same. I cannot do manuals any more so thats always an added cost for us who need one,

Is ok if your not the drive, but if you are well it is what it is and whats right for me ain’t always for others. only you know everything all we can do is offer advice and an honest opinon

I  need to know what im getting is worth that extra cash and 2k plus is a lot for me to justify unless it was the only car that ticked my boxes and i like the drive, prob next time as ap keep going up and up for decent trims / cars.

I didn’t even test drive anything else as having the tig 4wd for a week before didn’t need to and i was actully very impressed with it.

I could of got £200 off any vw and the r-line is the one i’d have to go for over the sel coz of the looks and all the extras for not much more is crazy.
