Just ordered a 110mm from aliexpress.com in glossy black for £12 in postage and vat

        https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007058761895.html

Can’t comment on quality etc yet but that’s what I ordered after checking measurement

I saw the coupe in black in the showroom and with the Sportline tints it just looked amazing.

The seats are probably the most comfortable I’ve sat on the adjustment is incredible.

Drove it about Monday plus the 30 miles home and a bit today and still got 280 miles. Gonna set the charger to trickle charge using solar only and just keep it plugged in should be brilliant. I’m so looking forward to driving again.

Oh the customisation is brilliant the interior lighting you can change to just about any colour

And another, wanna change that Skoda badge for a black one too. Please ignore the dirty caravan it’s dirty as it annoys the awful lady up the road lol oh and the dealer gave me a registration that’s almost a private plate with my initials

Finally collected my car yesterday, ordered 30/12 I absolutely love it. Despite some claiming the Sportline was too harsh it’s fine on our C roads as long as you turn Lane keep assist off, maybe I’m spoilt as I was driving an MG HS hire car so maybe I’m used to that but it’s gorgeous

Doesn’t need support from the public it’s about those with an interest doing so. The public largely don’t fill in any of these things unless it affects them.

I think you over estimate that people actually care either way. Before I needed it i never really gave it much thought

That’s was lucky every experience with the RAC has been 3 hour plus waits then they just say dealer only and give up.

Glad you got a happy ending and you were only stuck at home

Yeah the haven sites are really good too the Mil used to need that level. Nice and flat here too you can literally travel from here to the pleasurebeach without any hassle or hills etc.

They even have EV chargers at 50p/kwh

Avoiding school hols you can get dead cheap, Sept here Mon to Fri from £135 for a caravan brilliant if you can do term time

This is an existential threat to us, our lives, our families and our freedom it’s even been stated that this could lead to Motability being dismantled it’s that serious

It’s looking increasingly likely we’re going to still be on the receiving end of a right shafting.

The consultation suggests having some kind of “Argos” catalogue to choose stuff from. One off grants and submitting receipts.

Not like I paid taxes into this system or anything. Can just imagine electricity bill comes in and you spend a week on the phone trying to get thru begging for a grant.

They also suggest a system based on condition not how it affects you. So they’re saying everyone with MS is the same. I’ve never read such unbelievable naive stupid prejudiced BS ever. Which intimate that without a condition to put on the form you can’t claim. So all those disabled and not formally diagnosed will be screwed.

Thought things would be different but it does seem that we’re going to be the target of both sides. I think it’s hilarious that they think a voucher for treatment somewhere is the answer, where? Where are these magical appts going to come from? What treatments? How are you going to make stuff available for rural residents not just inner cities.

By doing this they will just drive costs up as you’re adding another layer of bureaucracy between us and help. This will be atos allover again or Eden red with free school meal vouchers it’s all abputpaying their mates to run it and can you imagine how much equipment will go up in price with these vouchers it’ll be like robbing an insurance company.

I suggest everyone makes their feelings known via the consultation and their MP. I will wager there’ll be suicides over the withdrawal of money support

Did you guys order a specific colour or option? My December Sportline Plus order is in Grimsby now.

Must be something weird going on

Look at whether you can get those things in a higher trim or as a option. Sometimes it can e more cost effective to put a little more money into go up a trim level.

If its not an option on the car the you’re looking at whether not having said item is a deal breaker or not. If it is then you’ll need to look at something else.

Best thing is to write down the price of the different trims and the look up what the spec is for each to compare.

If it’s something you must have to se the car independently and you can’t afford it and are on low income or means tested benefits then you can apply for a grant from motability

I’m sure that’ll make all the difference 😁 sorry couldn’t resist.

Seriously though why can we not choose settings and they stay that way. Has anyone tried using Lane keep assist in unmarked C roads? One of these days LKA will kill someone in those circumstance there are already reports of cars in general not just EVs steering into oncoming traffic on narrow roads.

Same with speed limiter etc just remember the damn settings. Most cars are driven by one or 2 people regardless so this it needs to automatically switch on for the next driver is a nonsense

Yeah ACC is a game changer when Motability offered me the Enyaq 60 loft which doesn’t have acc I said no way can I accept that.

Most of my driving is rural and even here I use it from time to time but when doing long journeys it’s a godsend it also takes the pressure off feeling like you should be speeding too. I’ve always loved cruise control but ACC is next level easily my favourite gadget

I checked with the dealer today and my 30/12 order is now in Grimsby he’s hoping he’ll have a date soon, finally no more hire car, can’t wait

In the past I’ve found that adaptive cruise control and the intelligent speed limiter are not compatible so just turning the ACC on disabled the speed limiter I’m sure that won’t be the case going forward but with cars getting silly powerful these features are actually quite useful. Not having to worry about whether you’re accidentally speeding is actually quite relaxing and frees up concentration for other tasks like avoiding morons lol

I don’t understand why order delays would eat into the 3 year of data, surely that time starts from when either the car leaves the factory or the dealer either way the time loss would be negligible.

I see someone posted a link on some forums that you can buy data allowances out of contract but pricing was extortionate like £15 for 2gb. Better off just using your phone as a hotspot if it comes to it or use a personal hotspot device with a data sim, if it comes to it

If I was super careful I could do 4.1 on my old mg zs but only during good weather but to get over 4 in a much bigger heavier car will be great I’m really looking forward to having my first ev with a serious range.

Been promising to take the wife to poet meirion for awhile it’ll be a good test.

My 30/12 order Sportline plus according to the dealer should be in Grimsby now or next few days I’ve been watching the ships lol, so just import, transport and pdi. He’s now on holiday until 27th so hopefully should have news around then with delivery date.
