I dare say prices would sharp drop across the board if everyone decided to extend their lease instead of paying for another car, manufacturers would lose a lot of business
Pricing from what I have seen so far this quarter is a shambles, pretty soon no one will be able to afford to get a car that suits their needs.
The boot in the Scenic is big enough to fit our daughter’s things in so we are happy
We ordered in metallic as the quickest times but for matte you are looking around late august/early September. The AP didn’t change as I mentioned an a post a few days ago the paint options with Renault are no extra cost even the matte option. One dealership was trying to charge extra which is incorrect. The shadow grey with black roof is supposed to cost £1041 but our AP stayed £995
Just ordered our Renault Scenic Esprit Alpine in shadow grey with black roof, will be here in under 2 weeks. Definitely the best value car at the moment
The EX30 is stock only they are changing to MY25 and they are not allowed to order one due to lots of stock of MY24. Was told this by Volvo dealer yesterday, I’m guessing that is why it was reduced.
Go somewhere else as that is incorrect paint is not payable with Renault, my dealer has already told me it’s included in the AP even if you get matte paint!
If you go on Motability website now there has been 3 cars added, 2 of them being the Scenic techno and Esprit Alpine that should have been on yesterday 👍
The Esprit Alpine is on the scheme, the person I spoke to at my local dealership was the business manager who phoned Motability themself, it was also confirmed from Renault directly that it is on. They are waiting for Motability to get the issue sorted and it will be on the scheme again, the business manager told me yesterday the model has an assigned motability code and everything they are waiting for it to go back on to get them ordered
Just spoke to my local Renault dealer who spent 30 minutes trying to get through to Motability. There was a big error whilst uploading the new prices so various models from different manufacturers did not make the new list, they are doing another upload tonight so should be more models on tomorrow
All paint options are included in the AP with Renault, they don’t charge extra like other manufacturers 👍
Also Renault have just confirmed the scenic esprit alpine is definitely £995 so our order will be going in 😀
Yes as this is an error this screenshot is from Renault’s website which also shows the iconic at £5495
Renault website has the techno Scenic at £495 and Esprit Alpine at £995 big decrease in AP from last quarter, they were not showing on the website earlier so if this is correct (as they have the iconic at £5495) then this is very welcome!!
Looks like the Volvo EX30 has been reduced but when you go on the Volvo configurator it says you cannot order the 24MY so I’m assuming it was reduced to clear stock cars
All manufacturers may as well hold up banners saying “we do not want Motability customers” as I think that is what is going to happen, this quarter pricing is one of the worst I’ve seen, dealers are going to have to offer up discounts to get any sales
The 77kwh will be stock only as they do not make anymore it has been replaced by the new 79kwh VZ model with 325bhp
I can see a big drop in Motability sales this quarter with these prices. They want everyone to go electric but then price people out of being able to
This is apparently the new Vauxhall prices
<p style=”text-align: left;”>A ford dealer on one of the groups has claimed to know the Q3 prices already and from what he has said all their prices have gone up but it’s all just a guess until the proper price lists are leaked or the new prices come on the website monday</p>
Thanks for the advice, yeah it’s definitely a favourite at the moment as it’s possibly one the best value cars on the scheme, just a shame about the long delays. We liked the Scenic, our local Renault garage has the Esprit Alpine model in and it’s a really nice looking car, but the Enyaq is cheaper even when adding the upgraded alloys, more interior space, more practical boot and AWD
It would be great to see them put it on but with the Polo GTi being £3k I dare not imagine what the golf GTi would be if it came on the scheme 🙈 personally any cars like that would be welcome, I would like to see the i20/30 N models be added but I can’t see it ever happening
The AWD version is priced on KGM website and there is an AWD model on auto trader so I’m assuming you can order it
Just seen this on a Facebook group, looks like the KGM Torres may be joining for those that have been waiting
BYD told me about a month or 2 ago that they have no plans at all to put it on the scheme, shame really as many people would order it. Hopefully they change their mind.
