Well for me at the moment I only have 1 lens over my left eye. The right eye no lens as they took it out because I was struggling, getting bad eye strain.

So after Thursday These glasses might as well go in to recycle bag. I will need a white stick lol.

Until 4 weeks after op when I see opthalmist for new prescription. So as both eyes done for distance, I will still need glasses for distance and reading plus sunnies for distance. Going to be poor after this.

In hindsight, should have forked out 4+K for multifocals.

Talking of. I go in on the 16th of April for my second cataract removal on my Left eye this time. So that will be them both done now. How you getting on with your @kezo

It’s not just Cadbury’s that are at  though. All because there was a shortage of cocoa due to storms and bad crops, the price shot up.

Now there is a glut of cocoa as they can’t sell it because manufacturers have found other ingredients to substitute for cocoa = more profit= horrible chocolate.

Out and about this morning and noted that the 2 local petrol stations near me had again upped their prices

BP unleaded is now £1.57.9 per litre

JET unleaded now £1.55.9 per litre

Did not see the price of diesel as they where blank.

No queue’s

Filled up the bemmer 51Ltr tank @£1.49.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999 let’s call it £1.50 a litre lol. It too 45 litre to fill. £67.50! I nearly fainted at the till.

Add ice compress to the area, but wrap ice or peas in a tea towel. Elevate your foot and try to keep weight off your foot. Initially rest is best until you can see a Dr.

As there are no signs of brusing, It could well be a sprain cause by exercise or tight fitting foot wsre.

Do you suffer from Gout?

As I said, Ice compress. Keep your foot elevated. Try not to weight bear on the foot. and lastly, wear loose fitting foot wear. See a Dr if it gets worse.🦵🏻🥿🩺🩻🩼📋🧊🧊🧊🚑🦽🛎️🛋️🌡️⚕️
