ParticipantIt was yes. there are some good pictures up of that colour in different lights. Showing how it changes as you say almost looks grey in certain conditions. Just a nice run out in mine today, to hospital and back 140 mile round trip. Still only 600 odd miles on clock so its getting there. Managed to clean it and get all road salt of as it looked half grey 🙂

ParticipantHello comfortablynumb .
I have the adaptable headlamps on mine so not sure what is on the standard fit ones re indicators.
There have been a lot of changes to spec, I am led to believe on the mk3 kuga facebook page, that titanium edition spec upwards now has reverse camera as standard. But as spec seems to change every few months hard to keep track.
The tailgate on mine does open, shut from keyfob, button on tailgate and inside tailgate, waving foot and dashboard button near light controls.

ParticipantA lot of it down to tyres as a fwd with good tyres can outperform AWD as shown here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfuE00qdhLA

ParticipantThe discount i got from my dealer, was them giving me a tank of fuel. Which was far better than arnold shark on previous motors. Happy so far with my AWD Kuga

ParticipantFor me I will be waiting as long as i can. I believe the technology will have massive leaps and who knows graphene Capacitors may become the norm if they can sort out the energy density problems. Mind you every 5 years they say 5 years 🙂 My ideal car, I would like a realistic range of 300 miles whilst towing. They will get there eventually.

ParticipantFinding ok so far, longest journey has been about hour and a half, so will review after a longer trip once circumstances allow. Having the AWD it apparently has softer suspension than the other st line x variants which may help as well.

ParticipantGlos Guy this was the fuel economy on Tarraco which is a rebadged Tiguan Allspace. Wifes 39 nights in hospital with 150 mile round trip visit, soon added the miles on that car. So my first refuel in Kuga already better than any i managed previously.

ParticipantGlosGuy I did select it and tech pack. I would rate the a technology pack as well worth it for the full adaptive LED headlamps if you do a lot of night driving in rural areas. The drivers assistance pack, it’s a lot of extras you could cope without. But I thought treat myself and over period of lease works out less than a pound a day. Intelligent speed control and front camera are good for keeping an eye on ever changing speed limits. And like the front camera, edging out from between parked cars as can do the fishbowl effect to look both ways from front of car. Blind spot indication should be standard on all cars in my opinion.

ParticipantGlos Guy, so far with current restrictions only had the one longer return trip to hospital. But am returning a respectable 43 mpg , which is already above my Tarraco. The suspension feels very good, smoother as the AWD version doesn’t get the harsher sports suspension, but still keeps it flat on spirited B road driving. Laminated front side windows seem to keep wind noise down. The seat which felt hard on base at first is definitely improving. I haven’t needed my softer cushion yet. So to sum up so far happy, but will keep informed of any problems i find.

ParticipantHello Comfortablynumb. I can confirm my 2021.25 Build ST Line X Edition has heated front and rear seats and heated steering wheel. I did not choose a winter pack, it just now comes with it on the latest spec.

ParticipantYes it has the flappy paddles and manual mode on mine. I find the box is better than the one that was in my Tarraco which i found I needed sport mode above 30mph and normal around town. Also getting readings above 50 mpg which i never got with same driving style in Tarraco. Once i fill up will do the maths and see how accurate its trip computer is.

ParticipantI believe on the awd 2.0 diesel version it has same suspension as other models. Found the article i read, from whatcar article. ” ST-Line trim comes with a stiffer sports suspension setup – except if you order the 2.0 Ecoblue 190 engine. ”
That is model i have with that engine Ok havent done many miles yet but had over an hour each way to hospital and back and I didn’t notice any harshness, That was on full range of roads from Dual to B roads so it tested all.
If nitpicking seat base is hard but that should bed in with time. That is only very slight criticism i can find at moment.

ParticipantComfortablynumb. The Tarraco was in my wifes name. When she passed, they where unable to swap it from her PIP to my War Pension Mobility. So I had to go through the hassle of returning, ordering new vehicle. Of course the model Tarraco i had was no longer available. So that is why a six month old car was returned.
We changed one car at 10 months when my wifes condition deteriorate. They where fantastic I think as long as not a habit, they wouldn’t have a problem. But a quick call and worst they can say is sorry no.
