I don’t get that. PAYG is 14p and a monthly subscription of £37.50 it goes up to 15p. What?? Are they determined to lose customers?

It is things like this that boil my p!ss. Computer says NO.
They waste so much time on dealing with people who have a full-time permanent disability. There must a whole cohort of us whose disability will never change, except get worse, over time.
Had my GP signed off the blue badge, nae bother. But because someone, it has to be a committee, has decided to renew badge every three years AND not to award a real lifetime benefit, there is more admin to deal with.
I hate these first world problems, but I am used to jumping through hoops.

It’s a strange set up with the blue badge now. You have to fill in a national form, but the badge is sent out locally. I will email someone, but I expect to apply again next year. The scheme is bonkers enough for that.

I don’t think my VW ID3 was typical at 18 months! The Skoda Enyaq was much quicker, but I doubt it was within three months, but not far off it.

The good news is, buying a new PC is great, but it is soon outdated. I try and buy the best I can afford.

I broke my contract early due to personal circumstances earlier this year. It was supposed to be £250 to cancel, but that was reduced to £50.

Any trim or pack will not be as good a value as the car itself. And that annoys me!

I went with Viofo with the Starvis 2 sensor and put in by an installer.
Mine is hard-wired, as there isn’t a (accessory) plug to plug it into. I left the harness in the old car and re-installed a new one, in the new car.

For that reason i dislike Rain-X etc as well, never had a good experience with any water repellent on the windshield.
I’ve never noticed a problem with micro beading and love the stuff!
@Brydo if you ask 20 people what they recommend, I suspect you would get 20 different recommendations. I have used Poorboy’s products in the past, when cleaning the car was a pleasure. Now I get the car valeted every six months and don’t mind which products are used.Skoda Enyaq Race Blue
At a recent show, I saw the car seat double as the seat for the wheelchair. The frame of the wheelchair was carried separately. And the whole seat moved in and out of the car electrically. Well worth getting along to a Live event when one is near you, whereby you can get all touchy feely and try things out / ask questions etc..
I have no experience of such things. But here is an example.

As part of your ‘research’, I would ask the council what they are proposing or suggesting for on street charging in your area. On top of that, if you are not put off, I would look at what chargers are available near you where you can kill some time whilst your car charges. Such as doing a weekly shop, restaurants or entertainment.
Don’t go to charge, go to do something and let the car charge whilst you are busy.
