I never wash our car now I leave that to our local car wash operatives Β lol but cleaning the dash etc is something I do do lol. Usually use those wipes but not really too pleased with them. Any advice on other options would be appreciated πŸ‘

Microfibre cloth, damped with a little washing up water. Never needed anything else.

since i did my back i use their snow foam stuff to wash the car you just spray it on with a pressure washer leave 10 mins and spray off then repeat with the polish. it at least means i can clean my own car rather than use these slave labour hand washers. then about 6 monthly i do the full by hand clean but that now takes most of the day lol and i am in bits after.

i love their leather cleaner and polish as well keeps the seats like new.

ive tried other stuff but always gone back to autoglym.

Thanks for the heads up about auto glym, I’ve just ordered some from Amazon and some microfibre cloths, I’ve always used disposable wipes but they leave streaks on dash and shiny bits.

Will get back to you when i get to clean it tomorrow.

I will have a look online to see which other goodies they have, I like the stuff to blacken your tyres, much better than just washing the car to make it look good IMO.

Well, today was the first fine day to clean the interior of the car, the stuff @joss recommended (Auto Glym) is awesome.

Cleans marks and scuffs easily, it dries quickly and leaves a shiney but not too glossy finish with no streaks.

Better for the environment too, as i now use that with washable microfibre clothes as opposed to disposable wipes.

Outside of car and tyres are done by the hand car wash at the end of our village.
