thank you for replying.I was curious about the infotainment system and the minimalist look within the vehicle as it’s all done through the screen?

is it easy to apply your settings to your profile?

what version do you have?

Hi, most of the initial or most wanted options are one click away, for many of the others you can just talk to the system for example turn air con down / up or turn headed seats turn on / / turn off / temp up / temp down

Personal experiences notwithstanding the risk of FIRE from the battery being overcharged, that i was told would be fixed last year and in august 2026 i am still awaiting a fix?

1. The car intervenes to say “INTERVENTION — BREAK” at inopportune moments, when there is nobody orany vehicles in the way

2. The screen going black whistly driving (known issues)

3. Key not found (despite having a digital, and wallet key)

These are just some of the things, the car is fine it drives and i can get around, but the dangerous level of issues inside it make it the scariest car i have ever driven in my life, i use the term death trap as a joke, but as i’ve listed these issues it becomes clear it’s absoloutely not a joke.

 

Yes, these links above are random comments i’ve chosen to share but that proves its not just me and in my head, its actually an issue and continues to be, also search this forum for the customer service from Volvo, its been so so bad, not just from me.

For the record my last 4 cars have all been Volvo, i love them and always will do just this car is an absolute disaster.

To be honest the battery recall had not been a major issue, for some it could be an inconvenience.

My trip last month covering 1,200 miles without any problems charging from 20% to 70% in ten-minutes, just [about] enough time for a comfort break if you hurry.
