Anyone up to date or recently ordered ref. on the lead in / delivery times for the Toyota Yaris
from ordering in dealership to actual ready for collection.

I ordered one yesterday and was told it would be here by the end of the year
I ordered on the 27th June and I’ve been told January 2023. My mother-in-law has ordered too, but with a panoramic roof, and has been told May 2023!

Mine has now been put back to Dec 30th 2022. Apparently if you want options like packs and glass roofs, that’s what is causing the biggest delays.

I’ve ordered a white Yaris excel and was given September 2022 as delivery time.
I’m pretty curious if this will happen.

I ordered mine two weeks ago and was told Feb 23, dealer said it could come forward. I ordered an Excel trim.

I ordered a Yaris at the beginning of April. Told it would be delivered end of October. Not holding my breath as Toyota haven’t started building it yet!
I ordered a Mazda 2 Hybrid, same factory and basically the same car as the Yaris, in August. The dealer was extremely confident about November delivery. They have contacted me today with an updated date of February/March 2023. ?
Ordered Yaris Hybrid GR June 10th build not started yet, was originally told end of October. Is there any way of finding build time from the order number?

Further to my last post, car build is stuck in the limbo world of processing order.

No, although it does now show Onnaing as the build factory on the time line on the MyT app.
Yesterday 15th November new car build started five months after ordering.
18th November car left factory now at Zeebrugge en route to hull, 5 months since ordering. That should give buyers an idea of how long order to finished may take.
Picking up new car from dealership on 9th December, 6 months after placing the order.

Ordered a Toyota Yaris Icon end of October 2022, was told it would be ready around April 2023 however now I’m March 2023 have not had any updates if there’s any progress in the build, any added delays or when it may be ready. Does anyone know how long before they could collect there motability vehicle they were told it was in production?

I’ve mentioned in another post that some salespeople are stating that cars have reached their respective ports on time but a shortage of delivery drivers is adding a delay.
I privately ordered my Yaris Icon and Design 6 weeks apart in mid-August 2022 and I picked up the Icon 5 weeks ago (16/02/23) and will collect the Design on 06/04/23.
If the ‘My T’ Toyota app. has been downloaded, from memory, I think your order number will be linked to your login details so you can track the progress of your new car through there.
On a side note, my Mother’s Motability Qashqai e-Power N-Connecta had a lead time of less than 4 weeks from order to delivery and is presently waiting to be collected.
