I am nearly halfway through my lease, anyone know if it is okay to retro fit a tow hitch to the Motability car?

Phone Motability, no need to notify insurance.

Some cars have the rear bumper removed in the attachment process, should you want to remove the towbar at the end of the lease, it’s worth keeping this.

I think the last aftermarket one we had fitted was around £800.

We are on our fourth Mobility tower, always ask permission prior to having a towbar fitted, our caravan/trailer has a separated insurance policy, if your trailer damages Mobility’s vehicle you are responsible, we have added RAC Ariva trailer recovery, it is not covered under the standard RAC Mobility recovery.

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
