I think the brief mention on here was good?

About time we had a decent rental company.

Edit: Thrifty rebrand, like Hermes became EVRI! Oh well at least it won’t get any worse than it was hopefully!

I was going to say who are Switch then seen the photo of one of their vans and remembered I seen one of their vans the other day and thought it was just another broadband or energy company canvassing for folk to changed their provider.

Wonder if they’ll take payments for fuel off credit cards even when cars are returned with fuel at exactly the same level. 🤔

            Hi jojo22

I wonder if anyone seen the irony of the BMW in the photo on motaclarity site because we disabled folk aren’t allowed this type of car any more by order of the char lady at number 11.

Hope I never have to hire from this lot

              48% 1 star on Trustpilot

Dire/motorbility going to the dogs at pace imo

All the big car hire firms are slated on Trustpilot, although one star is pretty dire – Europcar managed 1.6 , Enterprise 1.7, Hertz 1.3…

I have only needed Motability car hire once, a Quashqai back in 2018. Was pretty flawless, apart from them categorically stating on delivery no dogs in the car….the disabled user who is on the Motability lease is blind with a guide dog…couldn’t make it up…

I said dogs going in the car, anything less is full on disability discrimination. Never heard anything more about it.

In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.

Absolutely. People only go on Trustpilot to moan usually.

In fairness, it does say now that they don’t allow dogs, but they do allow service dogs so long as the car is returned in good condition.
I wouldn’t risk my white Labrador going in it though, she’d write it off with her fur shedding.

I’ve used europcar twice because the Ariya was in and out the dealers  and was brilliant. Is the ban on dogs a new thing ?
