Recieved notification DVSA urgent recall, screen going down causing lose of data including the vehicles speedometer, Suzuki dealer collecting the vehicle on the 10th February.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.

Shame, given its been faultless.
Couldn’t Toyota do it, as supect the RAV will have the same recall?

Mobility require the vehicle to be returned to Suzuki for any warranty work, they have allowed us to have the Suzuki serviced by Toyota due to Suzuki requiring a £35.00 collection charge, Suzuki have decided to collect and return Mobility vehicles for free.

January 21, 2026 at 7:24 pm #334104Shame that, Toyota probably know more than Suzuki about the car!
When are you up for renewal?

9th August after writing a very nice email Mobility have agreed in principal to extend my lease for 12 month if my mileage is between 20,000/21,000 miles.

On a serious note well done, makes the AP more bareable and most of all your happy with it:-)
January 22, 2026 at 10:10 am #334127I am ok for mileage I will just squeeze under the 20,000 mile mark when they make their decision in May 9th. Mobility went through the previous phone call recordings which backed up my case, I was hoping for 24 months, but 12 months is better than nothing. Nothing is et in stone only in principal, let see what happens.
Problems now is the Kia EV4 especially with its current low AP, if it is still low in the second April quarter I could be tempted, but I can see it increasing.

January 22, 2026 at 3:39 pm #334142Kia EV3 £327 isn’t bad either and a bit higher seating wise, but as you say they could increase next quarter.
