Praise for being so well looked after by their service team. Checked in at 10.10, (bloody diversions) was greated with a wave as we walked through the entrance by Lucy. Checking in they offered me a BMW 5 series loan car – my face dropped! Said I would struggle getting in and out of that.

A quick discusion and was asked if an X4 would do. Yes please, that is perfect. Little did I know that it was brand new and was a 40i Motorsport! Returned at 16.00 to collect my car, serviced washed and hoovered. Such a nice treat being loaned this X4. What lovely people, they deserve credit.
