Probably a dumb question.

Can I expect a Ford dealer to offer the full range of Kugas listed in the official motability price list?

I seem to be told “we dont have model X or colour Y, but we do have model A or colour B”

I can understand them promoting particular models but if Motability list a vehicle surely I should be able to get it?

I suppose if it is a ‘run out’ model, or if they have cancelled orders in the pipeline they may offer you what they can get quickly.

However if it is a ‘to be built’ factory order, you should be able to order whatever colour or options you want (providing the manufacturer still offfers them).
