Another nonsense from Stelantis? At least the EV parts.

Another one off my list. They’re just extracting the urine.

December 23, 2025 at 10:55 pm #324770Kia EV 3 for Q1 2026
air long range £999
gt line £1999
gt line s £3299
Kia EV4 hatchback only no fastback
air long range £299
n line £499
cars don’t come with mats. Kia ones ordered from factory £90 for velour or all weather
December 23, 2025 at 11:02 pm #324771£3299 for the GT Line S EV3 is a much more reasonable AP. Hopefully that doesn’t go painfully up before I get to order.

December 24, 2025 at 2:38 am #324774Any news on the EV5 trims and APs?
I’ll have to go and check out the EV3, as that fits my needs and not a bad AP.
I can’t see an EV4 N-Line?So I have my first shortlist contender. My 3 month window starts on the 11th of Jan:
1 – Kia EV3 GT Line S
Wishlist – No order:
1 – Hyundai Ioniq 6 Ultimate
2 – Kia EV5 GT Line S
3 – Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate-

I have ASD and thus have difficulty with social and understanding information, written and verbal. I process information in logical blocks, before I reply. Sometimes I'm right and sometimes I'm wrong.

Has the air long range got keyless and sat nav that’s all I want
December 24, 2025 at 11:32 am #324786Stelantis should have waited until April 1st to release this price list! 🤣🤣
£7k for the 5 door EV version, what planet are they on? The scheme is on its way to (deliberate?) oblivion the way the AP prices are rising. And the dumbed down red top rag readers seriously believe we get “free” cars? 🙄🤡

AP plus 20% VAT as from July 1st 2026 bargain. Stelantis Group attract a poor used resale value hence the unrealistic high AP

December 24, 2025 at 1:26 pm #324798The Jeep Compass has a certain rugged appeal I suppose (but not the BEV at £7k), but I’m not sure I could trust a company who can’t be bothered to spell check their own website!
Apparently the Altitude trim has “vinly” seats and “line” change assist. 🤦

Many years ago we wanted to buy Jeep: big car, huge boot for dog, crutches, prams, etc…
We walked into a dealership, opened a boot and instantly left: It was all dirty (to use polite word). Never considered Jeep since.
Instead we went for second hand Isuzu Trooper, which I sold with 180,000 miles on the clock.

36 months through Octopus with only a £1005 upfront payment doing 8,000 a year it’s £335pm
That gives a £4,300 saving which would more than cover insurance and servicing I would think! Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

December 24, 2025 at 10:37 pm #324822Aaaarrgh!!! KIA have done it again. I had a look around both the EV4 & 5 on their preview tour and, after standing for quite some time giving me a suitably sore back, I tried reaching for the EV5 Tailgate. It’s quite a stretch for those not over 6 foot tall and it’s quite a solid lump. I’d not want to be trying to pull that down in a hurry when in some pain already. Of course, the power tailgate comes only on the GT Line S, which they’ve conveniently decided doesn’t need to be on the Scheme. Hopefully that’ll change before I have to order.

December 24, 2025 at 11:12 pm #324823The good news for anyone under 25 is that the new K4 1.0 is looking like it should be within the permitted horsepower and insurance groups. It’s literally just the Seat Leon as of current for U25 medium sized hatchbacks. Unfortunately it’s unreasonably expensive.

The Kia EV4 GT Line @ £499 looks like the one for me, I have no intention of every pay a high AP again for a 3 year lease vehicle, I cannot order until May 2026 before VAT added to AP’s so these AP could change dramatically.

December 27, 2025 at 11:17 am #324866I remember looking around for price lists for Q1 this time last year, as I do every quarter and would take much of what Vantage says as a pinch of salt and wait till official prices come out.
