With a AP of £3,749 for the Outlander PHEW I can’t see that being economically viable for most Motability customers unless all their travel is less than 28 miles per day and in that case they might as well go all electric if indeed all electric is available.

And the Outlander isn’t even in ‘4’ trim at that price, no?

Current Motability car: Ford Kuga Vignale 1.5 petrol auto AWD. AP £2,395 + £199 for 4-way 80kg hoist.

    Previous Mota cars:
2013-16 Ford Focus estate petrol auto. AP £95. No adaptations.
2016-19 Vauxhal Zafira 1.4T petrol SE Auto. AP £795 inc. basic hoist.

We drove and both loved the 4 petrol.

Tailgate not tall enough for hoist type we need for a manual chair – 82cm.

I can’t see the justification in the £2650 in difference

I can partially understand in someway why Mobility Operations have increased the Mitsubishi PHEV AP, the loss of the government grant £2500, but also changes to the  London zero emissions zones, rumour Oxford will be introducing zero emission zone possibly 2020, if other cities introduce similar zones I can see the Mitsubishi PHEV in its current form becoming a dinosaur.

Recently the resale values of PHEV have increased, but due to the above a car foresee poorer resale values.

As regards the price difference of £2650 that an awful lot of fuel.

Yep the big boy but that’s good info on the C4 400 quid off the diesel, pretty much inline with what have seen from Peugeot so makes me optimistic that the spacetourer feel will drop by 500 that we have seen happen on the Peugeot travelers active range.

Will mean cancelling and resubmitting but if it reduces the ap I have to pay from 780 to 270 then so be it.

Ok, again I can not confirm this is the full list Citroen uk site has not updated yet but this is at present the information we have.

    SpaceTourer 1.5BlueHDi 120bhp Rip Curl (M) 5dr D £3,695

    SpaceTourer 2.0BlueHDi 150bhp Feel (XL) 5dr D £4,295

    SpaceTourer 2.0BlueHDi 177bhp Flair (XL) 5dr D l £6,795 Auto

I’ve not looked to see how it compares to present Q4 prices but hope it helps.

    @oscarmax

I’ve not crossed referenced against present Q4 list but a few upcoming prices for The Tiguans. Interestly All Diesels as yet no details on Petrol.

    Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0TDI 150bhp SE 5dr D £849

    Tiguan 2.0TDI 150bhp SE Navigation 5dr D £949

    Tiguan 2.0TDI 150bhp SE Navigation 5dr D £1449 auto

    Tiguan 2.0TDI 150bhp R-Line 5dr D £2249

and as you said, Chris is offering £350 off (marshalls reading ) and hopefully other dealerships will price match so a lot of car for your money, and definitely worth considering for any wanting to purchase a diesel  at the end of the lease as a second vehicle (as in 3 years diesel will be history) at the resale sale purchasing price should be reasonable.

Seems no movement on the 2.0s, rip curl 1.5 down by 300 so still a bit of hope the 1.5 feel xl has come down.
