Just a quick note for everyone, I’ve just had a lengthy discussion with Peugeot UK. They informed me that none of the Peugeot 2008 and e2008 range have heated steering wheels, I know it’s a small thing but it’s priceless for someone who suffers with Raynauds.

Yeah I was eyeing up the mokka, I’m just surprised that the 2008 doesn’t have it.

Michaeli was decided on the e2008 and would have been ordering it this week until the ap went to £1699 im sure when i was looking at ot pre Christmas it had a heated steering wheel on the gt premium spec but for the life of me cant find it now, anyway ile be ordering the mokka e now, its got alot nore kit minus the ambient lighting of the 2008 but i can live without that and only £199 ap its an absolute bargain! they did have it listed earlier at 63 weeks for delivery but that has since been changed to a much more manageable 11 weeks for new orders.

NicolaI just got the e 2008 get and I love it. Did look at the mokka but the boot wouldn’t fit my wheelchair in without playing Tetris and then it still hit the glass. The Peugeot is better boot space and more comfortable for me.

KaiserI think you will find that the Mokka ultimate is £799 ap and the GS line is £499 ap.
November 10, 2022 at 10:35 pm #200166I discounted Peugeot from my research as I found their website very vague when it came to equipment levels, obviously trying to leave themselves wriggle room to omit stuff without getting into issues with customers.
If I seem a little strange, that's because I am.

Kev jacksonNone of the newish Peugeot range have heated steering wheels. It’s probably the biggest own goal they could possibly score, especially when ALL their rivals in class offer it. It’s what has directly put me off changing my beloved 3008 SUV GT to either the e-2008 or the 3008 PHEV. I’ll not be suckered into paying a small fortune for a car that doesn’t have such a basic feature. It IS a big deal to people with arthritis. I struggle with my 3008 in the winter. So I’ve been driving my wife’s corsa-e for the past couple of weeks and the heated wheel is a godsend.
Shame on you Peugeot you dropped the ball big time.
February 14, 2023 at 12:34 pm #209226To Mention the 208 gt is no longer on the scheme and also when it was the heated seats were no longer available the strange thing is the Vauxhall Corsa Ultimate comes with heated massage seats but not steering wheel even though these cars are made at the same factory.
February 14, 2023 at 12:43 pm #209228I needed to add only the 208 Electric GT is on the scheme now.

Think you’ll find that both the Allure Premium and Active Premium versions are also still on the list – along with a manual diesel.

Just for information ; the Corsa is built in Zaragoza, Spain while the 208 (for European markets) is built in Slovakia.
I know this because I currently have a 208 GT Premium.

Chris RaynesThey have just released the facelifted 2008 and I have been looking at the full spec list for all the models including the improved electric version and none of the cars have a heated steering wheel!! I just cannot understand how a top of the range car (e-2008 First Edition) costing £41,600.00 can not have a heated steering wheel?!? I’m waiting for the new Hyundai Kona to release which has a lot more equipment.
