We are due to change our car on the 23/10/2017 that is the date we have been told we can start looking, but can we go looking now and order our car if we see what we want? Hope anyone can help?.

Hi, you should have a letter from motability 3 months before your car is due to go back. If you car is due to go back on the 23/10/17 then you should have already been looking for a new one. This is of course assuming you have 12 months left on your pip/dla. Some cars have up to 6 months waiting times from order to delivery.
