Hi all,
I placed an order for an Omada 5 Noble petrol end of last month to take advantage of their £350 off advance payment. The original price was £999 and now £649. They mentioned that I was entitled to a new vehicle bonus of £750, they stated I can use it towards the advance payment but at the price of £999, I asked if it was possible that if I could just pay the £649 advance payment on collection and recieve the £750 new vehicle payment via cheque afterwards to which they stated “we can try this”.
The price has now updated to £499 for the Omada 5 Noble petrol so I tried cancelling my order today as it would make sense to go to a closer branch if it’s £499 everywhere. Aylesbury then stated that they can still honour the £350 discount and update the order form to £499 so I only pay £149 on collection day. They reiterated the new vehicle payment of £750 can be sent via cheque after collecting the car.
So are my calculations correct:
Local £499 – £750 = +£251 (sent to me via cheque)
Aylesbury £499 – £350 = £149 (paid on collection) [£750 sent to me via cheque]
Please advise as I’m not sure how the new vehicle payment works and if it’s better to stick to local branch.
Thanks in advance
Gec
