My Ohme App is now showing the wrong tariff!
Changed from OIG to OIG Fixed 12m a couple of weeks ago, did a sucessful charge a couple of days ago, just looked and it now says my tariff is “Cosy Octopus 12m Fixed” with the wrong pricing. Octopus account says OIG Fixed 12m so it’s correct.
I’ve tried changing tariff in the Ohme App but it takes me to Octopus, went through add your EV etc and Ohme still says incorrect tariff.
This has been working almost 100% for the last 2 years.
The only new thing I can see in the Ohme App is it’s recommended to link to the charger not the car, and to ask Octopus to enable charger login (which I’ve done in case it’s that).
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
