I’m with Octopus and the basic 7p rate isn’t changing. What is changing is that you only get 6 hours in 24 to charge your car. The off-peak 11.30-5.30 isn’t changing, your house will still benefit from that. And if your car charges outwith those hours, your house also gets the low rate. It is to stop people from gaming the system.
