Perhaps I’m being overly fussy but I’d appreciate any help, perhaps based on similar experience.

My current Renault Clio hybrid lease expires this June.

The newest, all-singing model, currently available in Europe, shan’t be in the UK until the end of this year ( 2026). It features more than cosmetic changes.

Understandably I’d prefer the newer version.

Any helpful suggestions will be rewarded handsomely with a series of happy emojis or similar.

      Thanks in advance.

      Harry

Ps: re posts mentioning being uncomfortable using a phone…. it’s more common than you think.

There’s no guarantee the new model will be available on the scheme when its first launched, making it a bit of a guessing game. You could leave ordering till the last minute or see you could try requesting a last minute short 6 month extension on your current lease. The risk of this is, if the current model is removed from the scheme and the new model doesn’t join in that time, you will have to look for something else.

              Also to add

              And worth a mention

Ordering in June avoids the July VAT hike
