Hi so last week my motability car was stolen I was forced out of car.. without going into detail to much I phoned polices of course and let rsa no, I’m just wondering why I haven’t been offered a courtesy car? On the day my car was stolen it hadn’t sunk in how much I needed my car and how much of a effect it would have not having one. It’s made my mental health 20x worse the whole not knowing what’s going on, why they haven’t offered me one it’s just getting to me now can anyone help?

Or ask a family member or friend to do it but they’ll have to speak to you.

Unless there’s some doubt about the police believing your story, I’d have thought there’ll be no issue sorting you out a replacement car.
