Very happy to see the Subaru Forester return to the scheme today, and in particular in the Touring spec.

We’re 2 years in with our Mk5 Forester, and have been very pleased with it. We had it in for servicing recently so took the opportunity to spend time with the current Mk6 Forester. It ticks every box for us and we would be happy to stay with the brand. Just gotta hope today’s return isn’t short-lived, and it remains for the longer term.

Kia Niro has been removed from the scheme by looks of it??? Not on the website. I wondered if they would since they wont be making the E version any longer.

Nice to see a new car, but are those performance figures correct? How can a 2.5 litre engine only output 139 hp and deliver a 0-62 time that is more than 10 seconds? Ford manage 155 hp out of a 1.0 litre!

At least the US version gets a respectable 190hp!

They are and they’re pathetic 😆

The old 2 litre had 145 BHP and was rather lethargic!

As Kezo says, there’s another UK version of that engine in the CX-30, which puts out 184 BHP.

Only the 139 version is available for the CX-5 so far, which seems a strange decision.

Worse, combined economy is 40.4 with 30 expected around town 🤦
