As above, quite bizarre.
It had very little to do with motability Ops, and was all about EV,S and what the user understood about them.
Really stupid questions like – what do yiu think about jeremy clarksons advise and the option were totally trust the source going down to not trusting. Same with lewis hamilton and which.
Utterly bizarre. The only saving grace was at the end you could add your input. Of course it went like the scheme is too expensive with unaffordable AP,S yadda yadda yadda.

I’ve had many from MB usually after using a MB service contractor like Kwik-Fit.
Did one a couple of weeks ago after having a simple puncture and KF renewing the tyre.
These tend to be 1 to 9 tick boxes but like you put my two pence worth in at the end telling them I was not happy with their contractors renewing a tyre simply because of a puncture this being the third one in a row and added that in the past it wasn’t a worry because there was no tyre limit but now there is I’m livid more so because I can’t choose another tyre fitting company to do the work.
Another thing with these surveys they asked you if you want to remain anonymous and normally I tick the yes box but I’m so fed up with all these rules and regs being forced on us with no input from us I told them by all means use my statement in your training school and then maybe someone will take notice of our opinions.
Yup just done another survey, like yours the option to use my name was ticked. This one is because its getting near renewal time, and it covered how motability works for the customer. Which it did, until the black box, and high AP shenanigans kicked in.
Its the affordability that makes the scheme bad for me. Plus the blackbox, which they shelved, but it was too late by then i had already ordered another vehicle.
