Motability after Tribunal

      Hi,

      I won my tribunal for enhanced PIP a couple of weeks ago (DWP conceded) at which point I was told 4-6 weeks processing time. I rang DWP today and was told 10 weeks. I know I am being over-eager, I just could really benefit from having a notability car. Has anyone else gone through this process recently? I have read of dealerships accepting the tribunal letter but as it’s all online now I’m not sure they will.

        Print a copy and see if a dealer will accept.

          Yep – they will accept – I had the same.

              3 years, but I went to the dealer the day after.

              The letter you walk out with is proof of your award.  You’ll have no problems with it.
