From a Facebook someone posted
“I just spoke to them, you can only apply in your three minth ordering period, mileage to hospital and kids schools are in additiin to 10k miles with proof needed”
So you have to keep details of millage etc for your three years…. And wine knows till end of lease what you will have to pay …. Very halfarsed
