So, spur of the moment test drive yesterday in one of these. Have to say, you get a lot of kit for the car. Has everything that we shortlisted as needed (automatic, size etc) so we’ve decided that this could be the next car for us
so, what’s wrong with it!! Yes the colour selection is a bit boring and it’s not a head turning brand. But the ride was superb and the space was incredible. We’ve got a tcross at the moment so it’s like going from a pedalo to a ferry!

I think like most cars it will have niggles, but there seems to be a lot of them around on the roads.
If you do opt for this vehicle, be sure to get a good deal on it. Some dealers are offering it for Nil AP or £299ish to £649 AP instead of the current official Q3 AP of £1149 – scroll through the Q3 Deals and Offers thread, there are many MG offers posted there.

not a lot of deals to be had over here. Did think about traveling to Scotland to get one but I don’t think it’s possible to do that
We have 2, neighbours in our cul-de-sac who have the HS. Specifically the Hybrid+ in that nice red and one with the PHEV in a rather nice grey and both are very happy with them and came from having established German brands.
We got AP at £749 not a lot of deals to be had over here. Did think about traveling to Scotland to get one but I don’t think it’s possible to do that
Not that many offers currently running in Northern Ireland.
The best I can find in N.I. for the HS Hybrid Auto is JC Campbell in Newry offering it for £549 providing you can register it before 30th September 26:

To be honest I am not sure if Motability vehicles for N.I. can be sourced on the mainland due to EU regulations and the NI Protocol (with NI sort of having a foot in both UK and EU camps customs/imports wise).
My buddy up in Scotland recently renewed his Ford Grand Tourneo Connect Diesel Auto for one of these in red and he’s mega happy with it. He was lucky to get it for Nil AP.
I am a Citroen nut through and through I wouldn’t have anything else but I can see why he had the HS as it has a lot of kit and seems to be better than the old model. I think he’s glad he had to pull out of having the Omoda 5 non hybrid.
