LED strip lights don’t work

I connected LED lights to the mains switched them on and they worked flashing every colour under the sun. I tried to change colour with the hand control and couldn’t, tried to switch them off and couldn’t, so pulled the plug. I looked on YouTube and got some clues as to what might be wrong but i couldn’t get any of them to work.

Do we have any LED experts on the Forum?

Which LED’s are you talking about Brydo? Internally or externally?

They are connected to the kitchen under unit system.

I have been looking at them this morning and they now come on with the other lights but the handset doesn’t work, can’t get anything out of it, changed battery, still nothing.

Are all connections secure? If you have had them working and now wont it looks like remote is broken. Can you get a replacement hand set ?

I have just bought them so they can all go back.

Yes connections are as secure as they can be, don’t want to break them as they are not very robust.

Lol Brydo is now forum sparks man. Which reminds me I have several LED strip lights stashed up stairs. Going to use them around TV as a back light reflecting on the wall.

Apparently the best way to motivate yourself to do something is to do it.

What I do joss is get the “stuff” out and leave it where it’s to go, I get so fed up of seeing it lying there I eventually get it done.
