anybody that follows JamesG Thread would of noticed that the Kia Soul Electric has been added, the First Edition, at £3099. with the more boxy back end it could be very practical for some Users, i cant help but think it reminds me of the Skoda Yeti

Not the box the ev connects to of course,but you mains fuse box which is inside your house with all the

fuses for plugs,shower,ring main etc as all need different fuse sizes,usually there is a spare for connection

The installer was also going to put an additional box from the fuse box in the house but in the end it was run into the meter box which is much better.

Finally, just signed my OLEV grant for the charger. Got a green light regarding usage and loads etc so just waiting for an install date now. I might make the 9th collection date after all….damn i bet  ive just jinxed it by saying that :-0

Exviting times, Stuart!   Shame HMG won’t let you do an aimless trip to nowhere which is what we do with a new car, just to settle in to it.

Yeah thats the only downside really, pick up and park is the only option at the moment but looking forward to summer and better times all been well
