      Hi all.

I have a Honda ZR-V. There was an update to the infotainment system last week and ever since then there have been issues.

The built in Sat Nav isn’t working – even using Android Auto it will allow you to plan a journey but won’t allow you to select “start”. It also is meant to detect speed limits via signs/road markings and this isn’t working now either. It turns out it’s a wider issue – my question is do I contact the dealer directly or do I have to go through motability?

        Dealer first.

Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

Contact dealer first, but notify Motability about the issue. It is their vehicle eventually and having a documented history of your communication with Motability is paramount in case something goes wrong down the line later.
