These are my two nearest dealers and are equidistant within a mile or so. So thought I’d start off with questioning you helpful people before plumping on one to start with.

I have had my last two vehicles from Hutchings Swansea, without any issue. They are both polite & welcoming to us mortals.
October 14, 2025 at 12:13 pm #315508I second that for Swansea.. Free tea/coffee/soft drinks and Wifi whilst you wait for service. However they did scratch my Tucson on it’s 3rd service with what looked like a gravel infused brush..
October 21, 2025 at 12:59 pm #316061Thanks for the updates guys. I’ve got a TD booked in Aber on Halloween ๐. Not because I don’t believe you all re Swansea, lol, merely because we thought it’d be a nicer day out! ๐

Wrong time of year for a nice day out – Wave the sea monster could gobble you up๐
Sinclairs Gorseinon have always been good, so expect Aber dealership will be no different.

Nah, seaside ice-cream is viable any day of the year!๐ Not to mention pub lunch.
I’ve had VW from Sinclair Neyland in the past, they were ok.
October 31, 2025 at 3:02 pm #316486Well, had a good test drive and really like the car! Small but mighty sums it up nicely I think. Found it very easy (in so far as entry/egress of any car is easy for me these days) to get in out of, especially where head clearance is concerned. Lovely to drive, reminded me of my first mini, more like steering your seat rather than the external car!
Plenty enough room for the two of us and with those sliding folding rear seats it does cover our personal requirements. The one pedal i-drive mode at max regen was excellent on the crawling around Aber part of our drive. One thing I’ll have to get used to again is a dial Speedo. It’s a shame because in normal view there’s plenty of blank screen room between the two ‘dials’ to fit abig digital number displaying your speed (so much easier to keep an eye on). I’ve learnt to take the HUD in the Citroen for granted! Lol
On the whole though a simple practical car with an airy feel.
They’re happy to put the order in as soon as my window opens while I’m away and apply any lower AP in the (very) unlikely event it reduces in Q1.
