I am going to buy a GPS navigator that can be controlled and monitored by any smartphone app and has different functions. I have found some products. I think between Garmin DriveSmart 61 NA LMT-S and AROVA GPS Navigation. What can you recommend?

I just plug my phone in and use google maps lol. Has all the traffic updates and the car has apple car play so shows up on the infotainment screen.

Just use Waze on your smartphone.

          It’s free and it’s awesome.

If you want a dedicated sat-nav, then the Garmin wins hands down in terms of ease of use and long term support. They are one of the leading providers of GPS systems. AROVA on the other hand, is a new company selling generic Chinese clone GPS units , the danger there is they will drop support at any point or indeed, disappear leaving you with a unit that will not be updated.

I tend to prefer the look of google maps, but considering they are both Google, I find the traffic reporting/rerouting better on Waze

I just use the standard fit for the vehicle I’m in and always manages to get me where I need to be
