Hello All,
I hope this post finds you well.
I have an order in for a new Seat but my original ordee went through one person who has since been replaced by another who I simply don’t get on with.
The type who feels like he is doing me a favour, we’ve all met them.
I had asked for a spec change early on after my order went in and with the long lead time was told it would be done – only to find nothing had been changed and this guy telling me it’s too late.
I’ve had multiple cars through this group and when I asked if they would fuel the car up for me as before I was told no.
So at this stage id like to make contact with another dealer who might have something sitting in stock (hopefully) or due in…I’m Happy to consider any colour now as long as I’m not having to deal with this guy again.
So any friendly seat sales people anyone can recommend? I don’t mind where they are in the country, ideally east Midlands, but I’ll travel if it means getting treated like a human being and not just a statistic.

Wish I knew a good one, all I can say is steer clear of Cars2, utterly useless awful dealerships and I’ve tried 4 of them, I will never use them again even if I have to travel hundreds of miles just to avoid using them in the future.
Bob, don’t know if Cambridge is too far but I would highly recommend Marshall Seat.
i was looking to buy an Arona for by daughter Xmas 2018 using Carwow. Marshalls were one of the dealers who gave me a great quote but I opted for a local dealer who told me they could deliver pre Xmas day, a Sunday. On the Thursday they told me they couldn’t deliver until January. I cancelled and rang the other dealers who said the same except Marshalls who said they had one in stock. We sorted paperwork and payment over email and phone and they delivered the car from Cambridge to Surrey 2 days later , on Xmas eve.
Worth checking out.

I thought the pentagon £250 cashback was till end of September

there was a seat dealer in kidderminster but it is now a

Avoid Bristol st motors Birmingham, lousy customer service, I cancelled my order with them and phoned Barlow Motors Wolverhampton, sales manager Tom Kitching sourced me a car from the docks and delivered it to me on the 24-09-19 advance payment of £99 paid by them, I highly recommend them, they kept me up to date with the cars transfer from the docks and when it arrived at dealers invited me down to view it. From the time of order to collection was 15 days.
