I’ve recently replaced my Polar 3KW dumb wall charger. It’s been used for charging a 13kw PHEV (3.5hours to charge). Before I try to free cycle/take it to the tip, wondered if anyone here might want it? It’s in SE London and will need collecting. It was working fine when removed. It’s a bit dirty from outdoor exposure etc. It was installed in 2016. It has a type one connector (you can get Type 1 > Type 2 adaptors etc.

May be of interest to some PHEV owners wanting a more permanent solution. What did you replace it with?
I’ve gone full BEV. As it’s my first BEV on Motability I had the free Ohme smart charger fitted.
Having a dedicated wall charger was very useful; I was recharging a PHEV daily and plugging in on the drive was very helpful (I’ve been plugging into a three pin at work a few times, and in a wheelchair its a PITFA).
The new smart charger will allow me to access off peak electricity.
