I’m getting very painful flare ups in my left foot, seems to be bone pain…

Anyone getting swelling or bruising like this (please see pic)

@Tharg my feet and lower legs suffer from cold, very cold to the touch, even after being in bed they remain cold, then when warm sometime feel throbbing sensation, don’t mind so much in other areas 😳😆, however this lower leg (just below the calf) and feet been like it for years..

Had another go this afternoon, might try this for a while, low impact, no real stress to the foot, help strengthen the foot help balance gait..

@ajn My sincere apologies for lack of reply on here. We had some pretty bad family news going on and, well, nothing else got done.

So, late as it may be, I reckon your feet issue certainly is not the thing that I’ve got. .
