I posted here the other day re. needing to talk with Motability about termination ‘cos we need a larger car.

Now done. They have agreed, but I did have to pay the £250 early termination fee.

Thanks to all who commented – it did help.

They are! When I challenged the fee, they insisted it is standard now.

And you lose the Good Condition Bonus.

Congrats.  Hope you find the larger car you need.

I do wonder if they’re looking out for cars conveniently unsuitable within the next 6 months? It’d be really convenient to find your car unsuitable if there’s a viable alternative that’s highly likely to either go up in AP or be removed.
