I’d like to know that too Barry – for future reference. I’m not due to change for a little while yet but the DS3 Crossback will be one of the first cars I test drive. Beautiful looking car. Saw my first one on the road the other day & it looked stunning in burnt orange or whatever it’s called.

Barry<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi Solent6. I have actually been and had a good look round one and like you love the looks. The top of the range car (la première) is a terrific bargain for the advanced payment as it comes with all the latest technology that’s out there + fantastic leather etc. If you go for the 1-2 puretech petrol I think it’s just under £1000 AP which is also automatic gearbox and spare wheel. The seating height is ideal for my wife’s disability and it ticks most of the boxes we are looking for.The only slight issue is that the boot is a little on the small side but a wheelchair will fit in the stand up position. I haven’t been for a test drive yet as we are waiting for my wife to mobilize a little more as she has broken her arm.Another issue is that my nearest dealer is an hour plus away but I don’t think I am going to worry about that as the car is fantastic and so different to anything else out there.

September 6, 2019 at 7:29 pm #87003magnum mike, they used to be now they have their own “salons” as they call them. i like the look of it and on wpms they are all 0 ap. the drawback at the moment is the nearest salon is 40 miles away. so its about 3rd or 4th on my list. but as soon as i know for sure when i am changing i will be having a test drive.

Barry<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi again, I am told some Citroen dealers may be allowed to service or fix any issues but you have to get approval from the DS head office first. I don’t know if they intend opening more Salon’s as they are very thin on the ground and none in my immediate area.

PhiljbI looked at the Ds7 but the controls were confusing like most French cars they look good, but aren’t very ergonomical.
Plus rear space was limited, hight and width.

IantoHi, I got one of these in September from R&D Manchester. Its the 1.2 Ultra Prestige 155 model. Very impressed with the performance. It only comes automatic which is what I needed. This is a real Luxury car. Yes maybe the boot and rear seats are not massive but all in all it ticks the right boxes, There”s also loads of safety gadgets which is a plus. I must say for my first auto car this car is fab. Well worth a test and if you live near Manchester well worth a call into R&D to see Connor.
