Just had a look at the term and conditions, contract after the 1st October 2025.

2.1 You will be provided with a copy of these terms and if applicable either the Drive Smart Telematics & App terms and conditions or Drive Smart Black Box terms and conditions.

3.3.3 Drivers under the age 30.

      (a) New to the scheme.

      (b) Drivers with multiple own damage incidents. (that’s seems reasonable)

      (c) Drivers who use their roadside recovery services in excessive, (if you get a duff car either push it home or preferably to the dealership)

      (d) Or Drivers who have had multiple (8 or more) tyre replacements are required to Telematic Device installed. (looks like you will have to avoid the potholes and buy your own tyres)

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.

its like taking a colour photo of food to determine if it tastes good it will give you representation of the food in the form of a picture but not the real important data what it tastes like

a private company should not be able to harvest data from vulnerable disabled people it’s a new moral low in government thinking and Ian afraid is just the start we need to nip this in the bud now

If you watch this video which looks like it’s about Pokémon the game where children and adults used virtual reality to chase pikemon in the real world but it was really something else no apply this knowledge to Motability’s black boxes and you could be paying for someone else’s dataset project by leaseing the car and paying for a mobile phone and data plan

Its like you are on a permenant driving test. Perhaps that’ll be the future. We’ll no longer have driving tests and everyone will just have drivesmart instead with the threat of their license being taken any time the computor deems their driving not up to standard.

AI knows best. Humans are stupid, dangerous creatures that must be monitored and controlled at all times, lest they destroy themselves.

That appears to be the current mindset.

I’d try saying that to motability, but they seem as brain dead as most of the general population, it seems.
