disabled facility grant scotland do you repay on the death

      do you need to repay a disabled facility grant, ( i need a wetroom  for me but mostly for my wife ) after the person passes away if it happens within the 10 years the charge is on the property

      i have tried to google it and some councils say no if its under £5k.

      im in scotland and my council is north lanarkshire council

      anyone got advice
