Anyone here use direct payments or whatever your local council calls it?

I get my funding via Prepaid Financial Services and what a terrible organisation that is. Totally hopeless, I doubt you would find a worse one.

They insist you change your password every 90 days, but don’t have 2SA security standard. You can not use LastPass and once you are locked out, that is it, you have to call them. Been on hold now for ages, long enough to write this message.
