Not sure if I’m posting in the right place I’m new here Long story short. I ordered a car just before Xmas it had an AP and it went to £0 on January 1st I contacted the dealer to let him know and he said no problem he would re do on motability side so I get the new AP of £0. My worry is it hasn’t updated on my account it just says Start your new application online so it’s got me a bit worried that it’s not updated is it normally slow in updating or is something amiss. I’ve also had an email from motability with a new Customer Reference Number but it’s not the same as the Customer Reference Number on my online account from when I first applied but confused any ideas?  This was all done a week ago.

Give the dealer a ring and query it not updating on your online account, just incase he made an error and cancelled, forgetting to put it through at the lowe AP.

This is so frustrating. The price you pay is the price you agreed. But I think it should be the lower of either the price you ordered at or the price at pick-up.

I wish you luck with this.

My Enyaq’s AP dropped twice while I was waiting for it to be built.

Both times the dealer re-submitted the order to Motability my account was updated to show the reduced AP the same day.

Can’t remember if the CRN number changed though as it was 2yrs ago.

Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

I don’t know why your CRN would change, mine has been the same since I joined in 2008 including the time I left for 10 months because of persecution from the DWP and changing from DLA to PIP.
