So a little bit daft perhaps but just looking for your opinions I orders a Nissan quasqui a few months back,had to wait,still am in fairness heard nothing from the dealer but that’s incidental I’m coming to the conclusion it is t the car for me so the simple question is can I cancel it?

 

or is it a little bit of cold feet syndrome on my part?

You can cancel any order up to the point where you enter your pin.

If the dealership doesn’t allow you to cancel, just phone Motability and they’ll do it for you.

Hello Fozzie

My wife ordered a Qashqai in June with delivery expected in September.

Since then she was offered a free sunroof to help speed up this delivery.

It seems there have been some production delays arising from minor changes to Qashqai specification. For her it is a replacement car, so any delay is not a big problem.

If you do pull out, I expect Motability would let you order another car under the new terms and conditions effective from 1 July.

I do not think that Motability would let you order another car under the old terms and conditions unless you provided a strong case for the Qashqai being unsuitable for you.

Yes you cancel, but if you do more than 10K miles per annum, check pros and cons first.

the old feet are very lukewarm at the moment 🙂

 

Ive got a Kuga at present I rushed into that one and while a decent car I’ve never trip felt comfortable in it and this is the worry with the quasqui I got stuck with the Kuga and frankly I just don’t want a car for another 3 years unless it’s the right car
