Hi not sure why the Abarth has been taken off the scheme but it is the last sporty car that was left on offer which is a shame.

July 4, 2022 at 1:12 pm #189893New Turismo matt colour
July 4, 2022 at 5:33 pm #189907Abarth Fiat 500 good higher seating good if disabled.
July 5, 2022 at 7:03 am #189928grrfMy podium Blue 595 is due for change this sept/oct, although I tempted to keep it for another year as done very little miles due to 2 years of covid restrictions ,it is becoming a little to small for my needs as compared to 3 years ago , (was really bad timing get a car tbh) OR just buy something , just above bangernomics level around £1500 due to lack of affordable and suitable choices for me on Motability this last few quarters and wait to see if the market sorts itself out next 6 months or so.
July 5, 2022 at 10:15 am #189968Hi grr i am having a 40kg hoist fitted to my Abarth when i get it for electric wheelchair and other adaptions back in Oct 2021 the Abarth Turismo was only £495 a bargain it now has the Scorpion Aerial and a few other things as standard. I used to have the Podium blue that was a great colour a shame could not get mine in that colour when i ordered it.
July 6, 2022 at 5:06 pm #190086grrfI ordered the standard grey as really like it, but got delivered a higher spec car in the blue ,was told Motorbility didn’t like buying cars under average price in standard colours.
July 6, 2022 at 5:36 pm #190088Yeah I was gutted when first the turismo ap went up by 1000 for the mtato 1500 ,(mine a manual) now has disappeared ,in the quarter I can order ,though was expecting it as the new Abarth are all electric due in late 23 same or lighter battery than current 500 and larger kw motor possibly 4×4 option .
July 7, 2022 at 11:51 am #190128I think the electric Abarth will be good but i wonder if it will ever go onto Motability i thought the Turismo was only added to the scheme again in sep 2021 and at £495 AP and it went up in new year to over a grand and then taken off the scheme Q3 which is a bummer.
July 7, 2022 at 11:54 am #190131The problem is with motability and the Manufacturers there is not a niche car on the scheme anymore like Abarth no Alfa romeos no VW Polo gti dsg would have been good so real lack of choice.
