It’s always worth asking directly. You’re more likely to get a more positive result by doing this face to face rather than on the phone.

We got a discount on a pack in an Audi Q3, 50% off if I remember correctly but this was 8 years ago and on a stock car.

By the way, Advanced Payments are not non negotiable but many dealers are reluctant to offer a discount. Some do though, so keep an eye on the sticky thread about the latest offers.

I got quite a considerable discount on a pack I ordered on my mini 4 years ago.  It was very dealer specific though, one refused point blank claiming the price was as stated, the other one honoured a £500 discount that a mini dealership was offering 100s of miles away and discounted the pack.  A smile and a nice personality goes a long way!

As you’re new to Motability, be aware that additional packs like these are money gone once you’ve got the car.  If the worst happens and the car is written off, you won’t get that money back.  If the car is damaged, the insurance may/may not cover the cost of repair.  At the end of the lease, there’s no bonus for the extra pack, Motability just take the extra sales price for themselves.
