So, wife driving this morning and a smallish deer jumped out in front of the car.
Everyone ok, but some damage to the car, damage to undertray, possible bumper repair and possibly wing damage. All drivers side pkys possibly fan had moved and catching frame (enyaq sportline)
Went online and made a claim, have added pictures and dashcwm footage.
One change from old insurance, us that niw you only get a small corsa sized car, jot like for like as it used to be

No, that’s ended up on the travellers camp table i reckon as it was close to that.
30 mins and the carcass had gone from the side of the road when we drove paet

Damage to undertray, suggests the poor deer didn’t come off too well.

Well, repair company came yesterday abd picked up the Enyaq and drop9ed off a Toyota yaris auto hybrid.
It’s ok fora short while abd we do have tte car tge wife uses too, so happy with tge current situation
Well, the Enyaq was delivered back yesterday…..
Fot a quick visit lol.
Wife went round the car and saw that two dings in the nearside bumper (made by the deers antlers) delivery guy rang the bodyshop, and confirmed that these were on the job card to be repaired, so off back to the bodyshop with Bluey.
So, still got the aygo, which we are not using, as I can’t get down into the car and seat.
I will contact motability once entaq is vack, this is a failing with tte new insurance company, as they cover a small auto only now.
