Did your EV3 Air come with the polystyrene luggage insert that fits in the boot under the slide out tray?

I dont have a EV3 but I understand

All EV3 models have this fitted as standard

Since posting, Kia confirmed the EV3 dosen’t come with them, and several owners in the UK said the same. They’re also missing in some online video reviews. Similar for a Canada and Oz. It appears New Zealand owners get them. Bit confusing really.
