        I’m all for this as anything that helps avoid accidents has to be a good thing. The 2021 date will no doubt refer to all new models of cars launched after this date, rather than all new cars sold beyond this date, as it obviously won’t be possible to fit all of those things into all existing models.

          This won’t necessarily apply to us though as we would have left the EU before then. But of course i can’t see the manufacturers altering their builds just so we don’t have features that are standard on EU vehicles, seeing as they are made at the same factories…….. there again, they put the steering wheel on the right side of the car just for us, so anything is possible.
