Couple of things!
Electricity demand is definitely going to go up they are banning new house builds from having gas in 2025!
Using your car to power the grid at peak times sounds good but…… “I” am very wary about having a smart home charger with a sim card in it. Because I think this is how they will tax your vehicles electricity and I would much prefer to just trickle charge mine using the granny charger on economy 7. Already got a smart socket ready to do this.?
